Events and activities throughout the year

Ylöjärvi is an active cultural center. There are activities throughout the year for people of all ages.

Finnish rock tradition is continued by Räikkärock, a music event organised every summer (www.raikkarock.net/ – in Finnish).

For people who prefer slightly more peaceful activities there is summer theatre, art exhibitions and other forms of culture in different parts of this vast town.
